Zest 4 Success supports & trains people with learning disabilities & autism to offer all aspects of work place training centred around a professional car valet service and hands on classroom modules.
This gives every student and trainee the opportunities to be more independent and gives them the tools to be successful in the employment market.
We support and encourage every person working with Zest to reach their full potential which helps to increase and develop their confidence, self-worth, state of mind and skill set.
The importance of getting to work, having a job, being part of the workplace and working within a team are things we all take for granted. The project works with people across the UK both on a one to one basis and within a team environment to learn work place and social skills.
Our main aim is to teach the skills and behaviour required for the workplace and to help and support with the step and transition into paid employment whether on a part or full time basis with a true focus in independence and wellbeing.
With over 25 years of experience, Kerry and Martin, founders of Zest are passionate that people with a learning disability or autism should have an equal opportunity in the work place, in life and to be able to have an independent future.
Our belief means we strive to make a difference for every individual and maximise each person’s potential.
